Clément Peyrard received his MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from INSA de Lyon in 2013. He is currently pursuing a PhD at Orange Labs Rennes with the LIRIS laboratory (INSA Lyon) on Super-Resolution techniques for multimedia analysis systems.

Moez Baccouche is a research engineer at Orange Labs Rennes, France. He is working on pattern recognition, machine learning, and especially on neural-networks-based techniques, applied to multimedia indexing. He received his MSc in computer vision from the Pierre and Marie Curie University (UPMC-Paris 6) in 2009, and a PhD in computer science from the National Institute of Applied Science (INSA de Lyon) in 2013. He was a member of the organization team for Human activities recognition and localization competition (HARL 2012) as part of ICPR.

Franck Mamalet is the R&D head officer of Spikenet-Technology a computer vision company in Toulouse (France), and used to be a senior research expert at Orange Labs. His current research interests are pattern recognition in image and video, including text and face processing, sequence recognition in video and neural networks (convolutional, recurrent and spiking neurons). He has published more than 25 articles in international conferences, journal and book chapter. He has an active reviewing activity in several conferences and journal, and has participated to the organizing committee of the Low Resolution Face Analysis (LRFA’13) Workshop held in conjunction with AVSS conference.

Christophe Garcia is Full Professor at INSA de Lyon, and head of the IMAGINE research team of the LIRIS laboratory. His current technical and research activities are in the areas of deep learning, pattern recognition and computer vision. He holds 17 industrial patents and has published more than 140 articles in international conferences and journals. He has served in more than 30 program committees of international conferences and is an active reviewer in 15 international journals where he co-organized several special issues. He has served as an associate editor of Int. Journal of Visual Communication and Image Representation (Elsevier), Image and Video Processing (Hindawi) and Pattern Analysis and Application (Springer-Verlag).
