Vol tools - manipulate and convert vol files

vol2geom : convert a vol file into geomview
format. Useful for visualization.

volarith : a tool that do a few operations beetween vol
files (such as or, and or minus).

volboundary : lightweight vol files.

raw2vol : converts a raw file in vol format.

vol2raw : converts a vol file in raw format.
The vol tools have been successfully compiled on :
- SunOS 5.8 on UltraSparc, gcc 2.9.x, gcc 3.x
- Linux, gcc 2.9.x, gcc 3.x
- Irix with gcc 2.9.x, but it should only work with GNU make
They should compile on other unices too.
